Wherever you look, across every industry, there seems to be a Web3-based alternative approach to it all. Naturally, when new tech arrives, so do new ideas of how to apply it. Web2 is old-school: “Give me your data, and I will give you… Ads.”

Anything with Web3 principles is thus enticing: “Give me your data, and I will give you… A better product. Oh, and you can also take your data with you and control how it’s used at any time.”

It’s no surprise, then, that the industries accumulating the most data are those best primed for Web3. Fitness is high up on that list.

People Want More Fitness Data

A recent report confirmed that people want more health data. As much as possible, they emphasised. Almost 50% of respondents felt this way. The reasons for that are obvious. The more data that’s gathered, the better informed their fitness solutions could be. With Web3, data can be securely and seamlessly shared across different platforms to create a more holistic health-tracking system. All that data from all those sources makes up a comprehensive picture to help users optimise their lives. That is a huge business opportunity.

The online fitness industry is expected to grow at 33.1% CAGR from its pre-pandemic USD 6bn value. If the forecasts are right, this market will be worth $59bn come 2027. And that’s just the online fitness industry. Physical activity collectively is predicted to reach USD 1.1.tn (trillion!) in commercial value by 2023. As of 2019, it was valued at USD 828bn.

Then there’s Web3. So far, none of these predictions factor in the Web3 segment of this sector. But move-to-earn, popular in both new Web2 and Web3 businesses, is set to boom. According to Yahoo Finance, move-to-earn fitness apps are expected to form a market worth USD 1.2bn by 2028.

Web3 Move-to-Earn Advantages

At PUML, we’re in a unique position bridging the Web2 and Web3 move-to-earn worlds. In Web2, we work with organisations to incentivise wellness in the workplace. And average consumers can get on board, too. In this iteration, users are incentivised to move through engaging, in-app gamification that pushes them toward their goals. When users reach their goals, they are rewarded. These rewards can be customised by the employer and withdrawn through the in-app marketplace.

With Web3, this same concept is expanded upon with infinite opportunities. At its core, the move-to-earn principle is the same. The goal is to motivate users to get active by offering rewards for reaching their goals. But we’re no longer limited by the Web2 style marketplace. The possibilities become endless.

Using a token-based rewards system, move-to-earn apps like ours can offer benefits beyond just cash rewards. This could include access to exclusive content or community privileges. In the Web3 world, we can partner with athletes to create NFTs and design utilities that open new worlds with every purchase. Users can earn rewards which can be converted into crypto (PUMLx, on our platform) and/or be used to purchase NFTs. Every reward adds another layer of interaction and engagement that makes users want to push further. Not only to earn more but to be a more active part of the community.

Fitness in Web3 takes all the sticky elements of a successful digital product — engagement, community and incentive — and amplifies it ad infinitum.

PUML Better Health, in both its Web2 and Web3 forms, powers better health. Our solutions reward users for taking care of themselves.

Check out our website here to learn more about how PUML Better Health and PUMLx are pioneering the Web3 fitness and wellness sectors.

Australian Gold Medallist and Professional Dirt and Park Freestyle BMX Rider, Logan Martin, was just 12 years old when he first tried Freestyle BMX at his local park. Bitten by the bug, he’s gone on to tear up the professional circuit and win a large number of awards.

His first trip abroad was for the Paris FISE X in 2012, where he placed first and made a splash in the world of competitive BMX riding. In 2016, in his first-ever X Games debut, Logan took home silver in the Park category, making him the first rookie to score a BMX Park medal since Brazilian Diogo Canina in 2008.

2017 saw Logan claim his spot as the Inaugural UCI Freestyle World Champion. In 2018 he won Gold at the Nitro Circus World Games and silver at the 2019 UCI World Championship.

In 2019, after his local training facility closed, he built his own competition-sized (30m x 15m) BMX park in his backyard at a personal cost of $85,000 (Naming it Logan Land). Fortuitously, this investment allowed him to continue training during the COVID-19 lockdowns when his peers were forced to stay indoors.

Come 2021, Logan Martin was fully prepared to represent Australia in the inaugural Men’s BMX freestyle event at the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo, where he went on to win the gold medal. This stunning victory was secured in just his first time run at the Ariake Sports park. None of his competitors could match his top time of 93.3 seconds.

“It’s amazing to be here at the first-ever Olympics for freestyle BMX, I’ve been doing this a long time, and I’m stoked to represent (the sport) on the world stage…It’s a great move for the Olympics having freestyle BMX, skateboarding, and surfing, and I’m super grateful to be an Olympian and to be an Olympic gold medallist that will forever live on.”

Partnering for the Future of Sport

Beyond the BMX track and in-person competitions, Logan Martin is partnering with PUML for a soon-to-be-announced special project. An initiative to bring fitness, sport and health into the decentralised space where participants can own their data and be rewarded for reaching their goals.

PUML has been a pioneer in the decentralised fitness movement. In 2022 we were awarded Entrepreneur’s Best Move-to-Earn App of the Year. We have empowered organisations to engage their entire workforce, increasing fitness and wellness more broadly. And in the consumer market, we have partnered with athletes to drive fitness challenges, enabling them to engage their fans, own their programs and bring health and fitness through the PUML platform to their community. We have already seen world-class athletes such as Chelsea Hodges, Phoebe Bell, Kiera Austin, and Taylor Smith come through the ecosystem.

Looking further ahead, PUML is bringing fitness into the metaverse, exploring how we can engage people in the real world to be more active by utilising blockchain principles and technology.

The benefit of the blockchain is in its decentralisation. Users are rewarded with real-world value rewards by simply being active and reaching goals. They own their data and can use it themselves to better improve their health and fitness.

Through blockchain and the metaverse, the possibility for real-world users to connect online with similar types of meaningful interactions is amplified. Logan Martin is working with us to dive deeper into these possibilities and bring to life impactful programs and platform functions that make the Future of Sport an inclusive, empowering movement that brings real change to real lives.

Australian Olympic gold medalist Chelsea Hodges has been avidly swimming since she was just four years old. Like most Australian kids, she learned how to swim before she could walk, and from the first dip until now, it has been her passion.

By 2017, at the age of 15, Chelsea was representing Australia at the FINA World Junior Championships in Indiana. In 2018, she took out Gold in the 50m and 100m breaststroke for the 16 years age group, becoming a National Champion for her age group. Within the same year, she won silver in both the 50m breaststroke and the 4x100m medley relay at the Youth Olympic Games.

Fast forward to Tokyo 2020 Olympics — which ended up taking place in 2021 — and 19 year old Chelsea Hodges won first place in the 100m breaststroke final and cemented her place in history, taking home gold with her team as part of the Women’s 4x100m Medley Relay. Her individual time was just 1:05.57.

Unlike many rising athletic stars, Chelsea’s path was not straightforward. In 2016 she tore cartilage in her hip and developed bone issues as a result. At 15, she had to go through rehab and learn both how to walk and swim again. Day after day, year after year, she pushed forward to reach her Olympic dream.

Little goals, she says, have got her to where she is today.

Passionate about health and conscious of her platform, Chelsea feels the responsibility to be a positive role model to those who follow her journey. She understands how young people look up to athletes in Australia and wants to use her platform to share that you don’t have to be an athlete to be healthy. Everyone can and should take care of their personal health.

This is how she discovered PUML.

Outside of swimming, Chelsea is studying to become a nurse. Physical health, inner health and mental health are all elements of overall health that she wishes to share with others. On the PUML app, it’s the unique community feature that attracted her to set her own ‘Train With Me’ challenge.

What is the PUML Train With Me Campaign

PUML Better Health engages users to get active by offering a community environment where they can participate in challenges with one another and win real-world rewards for doing so. The Train With Me program features some of Australia’s leading women in sport, giving them a platform from which they can have a truly personal interaction with their fans while at the same time encouraging positive habits and healthy goals.

PUML’s Train With Me campaigns connect inspiring athletes to their community so that they can get active together. What makes this unique is the access athletes have to an engaged group ready to take healthy steps. The platform allows them to run challenges, interact with the group, share rewards and build influence that truly helps their followers. For Chelsea, this is an opportunity to challenge her community to set small goals that build into better health and wellness.

Chelsea’s advice is: “Stop caring what people think and believe in what you do. I spent a lot of time worrying about what other people were doing. Especially in sport, you’ve got to stay in your own lane and just worry about what you do.”

Supported by the Queensland Government’s ActiveKIT program, PUML is recognised as a truly impactful way to engage users, not just to sign up but to get involved and build better lifestyles.

Australian cricketer, Holly Ferling, has been a sporting prodigy from an early age. At just 14, she made her debut in men’s grade cricket, took a hat-trick with her first three balls and was name Queensland Junior Cricketer of the Year — the first woman ever to receive this accolade.

Before then, she was an accomplished netball player representing the Wide Bay Thundercats in the Queensland State Netball League. Team sports have been a lifelong passion, and cricket is her chosen path. In 2015, Holly was selected for Australia’s touring party in the Women’s Ashes in England. She was the first signing for the Brisbane Heat in the inaugural Women’s Big Bash League, and she played for New Zealand’s Northern Districts Spirit in the 2015–16 season.

After an injury in 2016, she dropped out of the Australian squad for surgery and recovery before bouncing back to join the Melbourne Stars’ squad for the 2018–19 Women’s Big Bash League.

Currently a Cricketer Commentator for Channel 7 and a player for the ACT Meteors and the Melbourne Renegades, Holly is a force to be reckoned with.

While training is an important aspect of maintaining her competitive fitness, Holly believes that overall wellness is holistic. She says she has found that having good mental health, enough sleep, and practicing healthy habits helps keep her balanced.

This is how she discovered PUML.

During the lockdown, step challenges on PUML helped Holly use the motivating charge of the community to get out and do something just for her. Listening to music, playing podcasts and going for walks became a nourishing form of exercise that was low intensity.

As a lifelong player of team sports, the community and social elements of PUML were hugely motivating for Holy. In her own words, “other people are essential”. Achievements are only as good as when you can share them with someone. Sharing the hard times, too, helps everyone to lift each other up.

The community centricity and range of holistic programs on the PUML app inspired Holy to want to build her own community.

What is the PUML Train With Me Campaign?

PUML’s Train With Me campaigns connect inspiring athletes with a community that is eager to engage and get active. For Holly, it’s an opportunity to engage young adults and encourage their lifelong journeys of good heath and wellbeing.

Collaborating with women in sport, PUML encourages athletes to develop their own challenges based on their unique values and passions. Step challenges, hydration challenges, mindfulness, journaling and many other styles of challenges are being developed by enthusiastic athletes excited to share their wellness hacks with their community.

Supported by the Queensland Government’s ActiveKIT program, PUML is recognised as a truly impactful way to engage users, not just to sign up but to get involved and build better lifestyles.

Blockchain technology enables this community-centric design for online communities. PUML’s decentralised software creates more significant incentives to use the app, which leads to greater user participation. PUML can offer real rewards on the blockchain, such as PUML Coins and NFTs of athletes with real intrinsic value.

PUML coins can be used to purchase real goods and service. You can donate them to charity partners through the platform. NFTs can give you access to exclusive events or athlete training opportunities. This type of engagement transforms the way athletes can provide real impact to their communities. They’re not just helping people improve their overall well-being. They’re rewarding them for doing so.

“The Train With Me Program allows youths to start with where they’re at. It doesn’t matter what level of fitness you are. There is something out there for you. The best thing you can do is take that first step, take the leap, have a go. You never know what might be around the corner.” — Holly Ferling.

JOIN HOLLY’S CHALLENGE TODAY!

The Holly Ferling ‘Train with Me’ challenge runs from September 1st — September 30th, 2022. Download the PUML Better Health App to join the challenge!

Between the 22nd and 23rd of June, 2022, Australia’s corporate leaders and wellness advocates came together to shine a light on employees’ health, well-being, and safety. The importance of physical and mental health, and the responsibility of employers to help employees maintain it, is finally considered commonplace.

As a leader in the move to earn (M2E) market the PUML team, was eager to join the event. This year PUML will be taking the opportunity to mingle with other leaders in the space and speak to the Australian corporate sector about how to encourage and engage staff in meaningful mental health and overall wellness activities. PUML co-hosted their first Gold Coast meetup this week to great success with around 50 locals coming to mingle at the PUML Offices in Coolangatta.

Leading the crusade for better employee health

In 2021 PUML Better Health launched into the corporate sector with a clear goal and revolutionary technology to achieve it.

The goal: tackle the health issues of the sedentary workforce.

The tech: decentralised M2E technology that rewards staff for participating in Corporate Wellness Challenges.

Well-being programs help employers attract and retain top talent by creating an environment where employees feel valued and appreciated. They are 46% less likely to have sick days, 125% less likely to burn out and 32% less likely to quit. Encouraging movement by encouraging physical activity improves employee job satisfaction and leads to improved life outside of the office.

It’s not always easy to get people to move, however. A sedentary lifestyle is common in a society where people spend most of their time sitting at desks. Breaking bad habits is difficult. Innovation has been necessary to tackle this problem from a different angle.

Blending Gamfi, Socialfi and MoveFi, PUML Better Health’s corporate offering allows corporates and enterprise clients to engage their staff in better health using Web3 principles.

Already adopted by major global corporates and enterprise clients, PUML has helped employers improve their staff’s mental and physical health and well-being. As a white-label solution, businesses simply set up their own wellness or fitness challenges — such as step challenges, meditation challenges, hydration challenges, sleep challenges or a variety of custom activity challenges — and wearable data from Fitbit, Garmin, Apple Health, Google Fit or Samsung help to track and reward their progress.

Built into the solution, these Gamfi challenges encourage and engage employees in a way that only blockchain technology and Web3 principles can facilitate. As employees engage, they are rewarded with PUML Coins, which are redeemable in the PUML marketplace for real tangible goods. PUML Coin can also be donated to partner charities, making PUML a powerful CSR initiative for charitably conscious organisations.

On average, people will spend approximately 90,000 hours of time working during their lifetime. That’s a lot of time on the clock, giving employers a good reason to maintain a healthy work environment.

Nobody wants to be unhappy at work.

A positive workplace culture helps shape an employee’s mindset about health in various different aspects. It’s especially important during these uncertain times when HR managers are faced with the challenge of reassuring their staff that they’re returning to a healthy and productive workplace.

If you want to encourage healthy actions and behaviors among your staff, then you need to create an environment where they’re encouraged to be healthy at work. They’re productive and feel supported, which leads to reduced absenteeism, illness, conflict, and, ultimately, turnover.

This is driven by a few factors including the incorporation of healthy lifestyle practices (i.e. wellness programs), along with supportive workplace culture, minimal occupational hazards, and an overall inclusive workplace.

Here are a few ideas for keeping work a healthy place:

Utilize your wellness committee/programs — There’s no better time than now to drive home the importance of health and wellness. Encourage your employees’ participation in your wellness programs, benefits, and other incentives to encourage your employees’ commitment to staying healthy throughout the entire year.

Encourage rest days — We all need a mental health day from time to time. Encourage your employees not to be glued to their desks during the weekdays but to take some time off from work on the weekend.

Show that you care for your employees — The world may feel a little overwhelming now, but it’s important to focus on positive things to navigate each workday. Speak positively to help employees develop an optimistic mindset. When talking about work projects, start by acknowledging their good points first. Then offer some constructive criticisms or suggestions.

Promote flexible work arrangements — During the COVID-19 pandemic, companies had to change their business models and adjust to the new way of doing things. Flexible work arrangements were one of the key changes made by employers. This included a shift from fixed working hours to flexible ones, as well as the introduction of remote working options for employees.

Be inclusive — Above all, be inclusive in your healthy work environment. This can keep teams working together well and help individuals be recognised for their contributions to the by being inclusive, you offer unique perspectives and voices to be heard that might otherwise be silenced.

We are pleased to announce that PUML Better Health has received support from Australia’s Queensland Government ActiveKIT program. We aim to work together to empower younger generations to develop better habits that will lead them to create positive changes in their health and well-being.

We’ve invited Harriet Brown, World Champion IronWoman, and created the “Train With Harriet” program to provide PUML community members their chance to take part in the PUML Global Step Challenge. Eligible participants can earn PUML’s limited-edition athlete NFTs and Token rewards. All you have to do is participate in the challenge from August 1st and follow the Gleam contest instructions to submit your entries and start earning!

Harriet started Surf Lifesaving as a nipper when she was around 10 years old at Ocean Grove Beach in Victoria. Harriet’s greatest achievement to date was winning the World Iron Woman title in the Netherlands. The competition was her first big race and it caught her off the back of a really challenging time where she had broken her jaw and had it wired shut for six weeks. It was a super tough time for her and even her coach didn’t think that she would be ready to compete in time. When she ended up winning, she was overcome with emotion and so proud of her achievement despite the odds.

Harriet is very passionate about helping others to accomplish their own goals. As an elite athlete, she feels it’s easier for her because she has a coach and so she has someone to keep her accountable. But in everyday life, there’s not really a coach telling everyone else what to do. She thinks goals and challenges are key because you don’t always wake up and be motivated. You need a plan. Harriet feels through her challenge she can help act as a coach for others and help them achieve their goals too.

Harriet is very passionate about people participating in sports, which is why she feels platforms like PUML that encourage everyone to do something consistently are so important.

What is the PUML Train With Me Campaign?

Connecting inspiring athletes with a community keen to engage and get active, PUML’s Train With Me campaigns are designed to encourage better health and wellbeing for everyone in the community. Supported by the Queensland Government’s ActiveKIT program, PUML collaborates with women in sport to develop their own challenges based on their interests and ethos.

These campaigns are built on PUML’s blockchain-based app. Decentralised software allows us to build in bigger incentives for users. Rather than traditional gamification, PUML offers real rewards to participants, such as PUML Coins and NFTs made by your favourite athletes.

With PUML Coins, you can buy cool products and services from our marketplace, or you could donate your earnings to a partner charity of your choice. The digital assets you earn on PUML hold real-world value.

Three participants with the highest comprehensive scores will receive super rewards (Overall Prizes) that are valued at a prize pool over $500 USD. Overall First Prize — $250 USDT + 100 PUML + 1 x Harriet Brown Genesis NFTOverall Second Prize — $100 USDT + 100 PUML + 1 x Harriet Brown Genesis NFTOverall Third Prize — $50 USDT + 100 PUML + 1 x Harriet Brown Genesis NFT

A sense of team or community can make your workplace more fun and effective. A great way to build this is through a company wellness challenge. Here are three ways a wellness challenge can help your team beyond just the physical health benefits.

Accountability

In a fitness challenge, you want your employees to interact with each other and hold each other accountable for their team and individual fitness goals. Similarly, you want employees to hold each other accountable to do their best work on projects and their day to day tasks. It is important for employees to hold each other accountable so that every issue or question doesn’t have to go higher up. Check your team leaderboards and remind your teammates to get their steps in each day if you’re doing a step challenge, so this level of accountability becomes the norm on your team.

Team Building

Use your wellness challenge as an excuse to practice some team-building skills. There are quite a few skills that you can focus on during a challenge that are also important in your day-to-day work, such as:

Aligning with goals

Working well together

Brainstorming

Encouragement/ positive reinforcement

Time management

Persuasion skills

Communication skills

Choose one or two from the above list as a team leader and focus on fostering that skill throughout the challenge.

Fun

Lastly, it is always just more fun to be on a team that gets along and jokes with each other. We all want team members who go the extra mile to make the workplace more enjoyable for everyone. To do this, you need to become that team member. So go all out for your wellness challenge – encourage your teammates, give shoutouts to top weekly winners in your meetings, schedule walking meetings. Incorporate this spirit into your wellbeing challenge to make for a more fun workplace and others will follow in your suit.

Start building a sense of community with your corporate wellness program and watch it spill over to your work environment.

If you are hoping to increase participation in your corporate wellness program, you need to understand how your team members are motivated. Since everyone is motivated in different ways, it’s important to incorporate different types of motivation into your company fitness challenge. We will go over some of the main types of motivation and how to apply them to your company’s fitness challenge.

[tek_sectiontitle st_title=”1. Incentive Motivation” st_title_tag=”h2″ st_subtitle_decoration=”” st_separator_enable=”separator_off” st_text_align=”text-left” st_width=”st_fullwidth”]

Incentive motivation is when you are motivated to perform a task because of the potential reward or payoff. Incorporate this by having rewards for your challenges that your employees will actually want. Company branded swag is a common reward employers use, but it’s not the most effective motivator. A Fitbit, Kindle or gift cards to a nice restaurant might be more motivating to your team than a sweatshirt with their workplace logo.

[tek_sectiontitle st_title=”2. Achievement Motivation” st_title_tag=”h2″ st_subtitle_decoration=”” st_separator_enable=”separator_off” st_text_align=”text-left” st_width=”st_fullwidth”]

With achievement motivation, you care more about committing to a goal and accomplishing an objective than attaining awards. For people who are more achievement motivated it could be helpful to have challenges with personal goals. An example would be individuals compete for who can reach 300K steps the fastest in a month. This would be better for people who are motivated by achievements than a collective goal for the whole company to reach 10 million steps. With an individual goal, employees can try to achieve it without relying on others.

[tek_sectiontitle st_title=”3. Power Motivation” st_title_tag=”” st_subtitle_decoration=”” st_separator_enable=”separator_off” st_text_align=”text-left” st_width=”st_fullwidth”]

With power or influence motivation you strive to control your life and others’ lives. To tap into this type of motivation, you can add rewards for your company fitness challenge that give the winner the ability to make decisions or more freedom. This could include a pass to wear more casual clothes for a day or deciding which charity the company will donate to this year.

[tek_sectiontitle st_title=”4. Fear Motivation” st_title_tag=”” st_subtitle_decoration=”” st_separator_enable=”separator_off” st_text_align=”text-left” st_width=”st_fullwidth”]

Fear motivation is when you’re motivated to avoid negative consequences. Fear motivation can sound bad, but it can actually be quite useful and healthy. Set up an accountability buddy program that employees can opt into. This helps some people who are fear motivated try to avoid the consequence of disappointing their accountability partner, by getting their daily steps in for the company challenge.

[tek_sectiontitle st_title=”5. Affiliation Motivation” st_title_tag=”” st_subtitle_decoration=”” st_separator_enable=”separator_off” st_text_align=”text-left” st_width=”st_fullwidth”]

A person who is driven by affiliation or social motivation is motivated by the spirit of cooperation and by a feeling of belonging. With these types of individuals, it might be good to have collective fitness challenges such as having the whole team strive for 1 million steps in a month. You also could organize group walking breaks so that employees can socialize while collectively working towards the team goal.

By incorporating different types of rewards and challenges into your company wellness program, you will be able to motivate more employees to take part and enjoy your fitness challenges.

Having a wellness challenge for your employees is one of the smartest things you can do as an employer. Having happy, healthy employees means they are better equipped to handle their jobs. Here are three big benefits your employees will gain from your wellness initiative.

[tek_sectiontitle st_title=”1. Reduced Stress Levels” st_title_tag=”h2″ st_subtitle_decoration=”” st_separator_enable=”separator_off” st_text_align=”text-left” st_width=”st_fullwidth”]

Having a company fitness challenge is a great way to reduce your employees’ stress levels. Aerobic activity “reduces levels of the body’s stress hormones, such as adrenaline and cortisol. It also stimulates the production of endorphins, chemicals in the brain that are the body’s natural painkillers and mood elevators” according to Harvard Medical School. Because of this, physical activity is known to be a healthy way to deal with and reduce stress. By rewarding employees who stay physically active, you are also encouraging them to de-stress. Additionally, giving your employees something else to think about or catch up on besides the current big project or the next looming deadline, gives them the mental break they need throughout the day to stay mentally sharp.

[tek_sectiontitle st_title=”2. Increased Employee Satisfaction” st_title_tag=”h2″ st_subtitle_decoration=”” st_separator_enable=”separator_off” st_text_align=”text-left” st_width=”st_fullwidth”]

When you reward employees for doing a good job, it incentivizes them to keep trying and producing good results. Bonuses and company recognition for a job well done are not always possible for all your employees. But giving rewards or shout outs to the team member who logged the most steps over the weekend or the department beating the rest in the company fitness challenge is a great way to encourage employees in a different way. This makes them feel good about themselves and if they are feeling good, they will probably be doing better at work as well. Additionally, a company wellness challenge is a simple way to show your employees that you do care about their health.

[tek_sectiontitle st_title=”3. A Sense of Community” st_title_tag=”” st_subtitle_decoration=”” st_separator_enable=”separator_off” st_text_align=”text-left” st_width=”st_fullwidth”]

A little healthy competition is a great way to increase engagement and conversation between coworkers. It’s a lot more fun to strike up a conversation with a co-worker about who is at the top of the competition leaderboard than to make small talk about the weather again. This increase in social connection can help create a sense of community and good company culture. The bottom line is a workplace challenge is just plain fun and everyone can appreciate some of that in their workday.

These are three big benefits to having a company wellness challenge, although there are many more. It’s easy to see why a fitness challenge not only helps individual employees but also helps your overall company atmosphere as well.
