Redeeming your points for real gift cards

You can redeem your PUML coins on our Marketplace for a variety of different items. Follow the below steps to redeem a gift card.

1. Tap on the Marketplace tab.

2. Scroll down to ‘Redeem on Gift Cards’

3. Select the gift card you wish to redeem

4. Tap the green ‘redeem’ button

5. You will then be prompted with a PUML alert asking: “Are you sure you want to proceed with this purchase” if you are sure, select ‘Yes’

6. You will then be asked to enter your name and the email address you want your voucher issued to. Enter the details and tap submit.

7. The final screen will show a ‘Thank you for your redeem!’ message at the bottom of the screen

Your order has now been submitted to the PUML team for review and processing. You will receive a confirmation email from us within 1-3 business days of submitting your order and then your gift card voucher comes soon thereafter.
